Our first spring evening walk
under fluffy pink
clouds ...
we strolled through our neighbour's garden,
her windows shone in the golden light,
we paused at the water's edge
to reflect ....
on gratitude ...
for being here
enjoying the moments!
BTW
My neighbour's name was
Elizabeth of Shrewesbury
AKA
Bess of Hardwick.
Bess was a very powerful woman of her time,
having royal connections
with
Elizabeth I of England

i have been so missing you, and everything brimming with life and the splendor of spring.
your walk dusted with pink and so generously shared here...truly lift my heart.
now if i can reclaim this physical body and rejoin the living....
all my love dear friend,
rebecca
Happy that your week is starting out in the pink.
I meant to comment yesterday but got busy herding cats, literally. I am catsitting. This is completely lovely. It is like a Monet retreat in the middle of Mayhem over here. I love what you have done and the connection with English history. Your images are stunning, glorious really! Happy mum's day, by the way! I will comment later on your next post.
Love,
Noelle
let me try spontaniety here..
Reflection of tree,
Thank God water is still
That makes leaves calm..
