Postcards from Paradise #5 Stretching continued ...

Did I stretch a little too far?
Postcards from Paradise
or
Purgatory
!!!
a coat of paint to brighten
is in order I think,
I can balance on the ladder okay
despite vertigo and a grazed knee,
yes I can ....
good thing I did,
this little baby
needs help,
must be the second time
this buzzy has been
rescued today!
back to the job then ...
now for just deserts ...

Yes I did it,
not so bad after all,
I didn't overreach myself!

Happy Days

saving all things beautiful, winged and small.

i see you are preparing for the BIG DAY!
pace your self foxy sue.
and when you pause....rest and enjOy more of the red liquid!
I love your visual story! Are you getting married soon?
It is lovely, Sue, the rescue of a bee and the babying of your knee in preparation for your son's wedding. Your are quite the amazing queen of balance and compassion.
Love,
Noelle

It has been a dark week, yesterday I noticed a sparkle reflecting off of her car through my window. She's been rattling up and down the motorway for the last year everyday to the job she loves and is fighting hard to keep. The car had so many rattles, now fixed by my love, it's washed, polished and resting-up waiting for her return. For more haiku poetry Visit Recuerda mi Corazon

Snuggling up till spring...

Comfy and cosy feeling all loved up in the comfort of haiku... Just a quick line this week but thought I'd mention 'Doris' the storm that hit our shores.  On our walk through the church yard this morning there was quite a bit of damage, mainly to the trees up-rooting one altogether so that's why my Jasper and me are snuggling up till spring... Happy weekend all haiku lovers... Haiku my Heart Recuerda mi Corazon

Hello

A friendly street light illuminates the dark path as does bright hellos! Just dropping in dears to say hello to all at Haiku my Heart, everyone in the haiku home, to say you are never far away from my thoughts those of you in the circle of friends in the birthplace of my ongoing love for small words with large meaning. Have a lovely weekend... love from foxysue Recuerda mi Corazon
