As you may have gathered
I'm a little potty about
photography!
You might even say
 addicted ...
I can't face the day in-fact
without sight of
my little black box of tricks ...
Take this morning for example,
I have to finish
my interior decorating task'

this is a big
blue
S-I-G-H

I've been putting it off
 for months, but then from 
the corner of my eye 
I see this
and so between coats 
I go into another world
the most wonderful
antidote to ...
decorating doldrums!

Ah Sue, I can understand those kinds of distraction!
Oh, and the veggie barrels? I'll plant mainly tomatoes and peppers, but also zucchini and eggplant. Radish for my husband. Strawberries. And of course herbs.

t'was just a sparkle peeping through the blacks and grey it filled my whole eye .... My daughter's car stands motionless on our drive, she is in hospital with severe stress symptoms. It has been a dark week, yesterday I noticed a sparkle reflecting off of her car through my window. She's been rattling up and down the motorway for the last year everyday to the job she loves and is fighting hard to keep. Haiku my Heart #49 ~ Numbers

 After yoga yesterday we discussed significant numbers, today being Friday 13th, unlucky for some they say! On the other hand the year 2012 is said to be an auspicious year, The Chinese Year of the Golden Dragon, taking place only once every 60 years .  It also happens to be a leap year so  that means the possibility of climbing my same old staircase an extra time this year! The number 300 is significant too  this being my  300th post!  whilst yesterday the 12th was my blog birthday 2 years! So what do these numbers all amount to? Can I count on them to calculate my life? Or are they just markers of time,  as illusory as my shadows? shadows behind me  light always falls to the front  illuminates now sending to  Postcards from Paradise Recuerda mi Corazon BTW this is my 49th Haiku  I'm sure this is a significant number! ;~) PS I'm really getting into this numbers thing,  apparently 7 is the perfe...
