Meta~4~Mary #1

I do not subscribe to any religious path but I do subscribe to spirituality, intensely!
Traveling along this on-line spiritual road I have made acquaintance with many 'Mary' figures,
all sharing the same essential essence of 'love'. They all have the one thing in common,
sewing seeds of compassion and care, with one aim in mind ~
nourishing and populating this world with their progeny.

My 'Mary' acquaintance this week came from a beautiful post written by Tara Sophia Mohr ~
please visit and take the time to enjoy reading ~

Spirituality is what moves me as well. I like what you did with the photo. Very nice. Thank you.:)
Oh, just so that I can be today's devil's advocate: What if there is no purpose? (Understand, I'm just wondering...)

I love your photo and did enjoy reading at Tara link. I'll admit that I long ago gave up trying to find my purpose, but I'm personally so impressed with Fr. Richard Rohr's book Falling Upward when he talks about the true and false selves.

I really love this picture. Very creative what you have done. It would make a nice card to carry in one's wallet for those times we need a "reminder" of the message. I did visit Tara's blog. Sigh....unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, I have no driving purpose. Of course some goals now and then, but when accomplished, then back to daily acceptance of what the spiritual universe has given me. I just live life as it comes, always have, too late to change now. Or why?

Hi Sue! I love the way you phrased what is true for so many of us. I really love the artwork and then I followed your link...
that is EXACTLY how I begin every day, with good intentions.

Hello

A friendly street light illuminates the dark path as does bright hellos! Just dropping in dears to say hello to all at Haiku my Heart, everyone in the haiku home, to say you are never far away from my thoughts those of you in the circle of friends in the birthplace of my ongoing love for small words with large meaning. Have a lovely weekend... love from foxysue Recuerda mi Corazon

Haiku my Heart #12 Blossom

Blossom of my loins laughter for a heavy heart chase away the day .... Today has been a heavy day,  I have had a heavy heart, my haiku is late, load was lightened by  laughter, sharing,  caring  For more haiku poetry  visit Recuerda mi Corazon

My Silken Altar

The reflective image below is one taken of my south facing window,  which is more like an altar to me because of the ever changing light that allows for embracing the moments of silent connection and praise. I take many photographs from this window as I marvel at the sun's energy  to illuminate or in this case reveal through shadows and reflections. This image has been sitting in my file for sometime, it has a hidden message for me that  I knew would one day surface...    Heart broken open by the mystery of you... love stitches together.  Gentle love rides pain like silken thread slips through jute spring balm for raw edge. Stitch with silken love the polarities of life  embrace the mystery... Sending to Rebecca for healing... Haiku my Heart Recuerda mi Corazon
