Postcards from Paradise #1

Postcards from Paradise

Every year in the fields
 behind my cottage
Stainsby Folk Festival Happens
It's  been going strong for over forty years,
sometimes the sun shines,
sometimes the wind blows,
sometimes it does nothing but rain.
It doesn't matter though
a peaceful community comes together.

It has become a family tradition, our grown kids and their friends
camp in the garden
it's a wonderful time of celebration.

All peace lovers Welcome!

my heart has been hugged to be here with you.Thank you
Absolutely perfect. This reminds me of so many festivals that we have here in Santa Barbara, particularly seeing the families and the groups with their instruments. It looks like such a lovely time. We have something called the Live Oak Festival here where people camp out for several days as well. It too has been going on for years. These are such important traditions. Thank you for sharing these beautiful scenes with us.

Noelle

Continuum

A Continuum ~> continual sequence of ~> elemental change ~> By far this is the most difficult post written by myself, ever. I have not visited this place for sometime...
