My Silken Altar

The reflective image below is one taken of my south facing window,
which is more like an altar to me because of the ever changing light
that allows for embracing the moments of silent connection and praise.
I take many photographs from this window as I marvel at the sun's energy
to illuminate or in this case reveal through shadows and reflections.
This image has been sitting in my file for sometime,
it has a hidden message for me that
I knew would one day surface...

Heart broken open
by the mystery of you...
love stitches together.

 Gentle love rides pain
like silken thread slips through jute
spring balm for raw edge.

Stitch with silken love
the polarities of life
embrace the mystery...

Sending to Rebecca for healing...

Embrace the mystery - I would love to... even if sometimes I do not have any idea what I am doing.

Beautiful, this image, and your words, the thought in my mind that it is always changing...a palette to place your yourself alongside the changing light.

Sacred moments when the light moves and you experience it.
Your words so deeply moving Sue... Love, Love, Love... Yes. Broken open and embracing the Mystery. We will spend our lives doing that for sure! And what a lovely altar - soft and welcoming. Just beautiful. Glad to be sharing in your wonderful experience... Heart Hugs...

Continuum

A Continuum ~> continual sequence of ~> elemental change ~> By far this is the most difficult post written by myself, ever. I have not visited this place for sometime... I have been 'lying low' as an old friend used to put it, not low through depression or anything like that but since my love passed away parts of my known world have passed too. I have difficulty recognizing the landscape around me, I'm lying low so that I can absorb some of the new terrain. I am still quite dizzy, it's going to take some time... Much of what I wrote about here in this space would involve a brief glimpse of 'my love' and our life together. I had thought of closing 'Finding my Bliss', for a pivotal part of everything this blog has stood for seemed on the surface of things to be missing! But as the days have come and gone I am beginning to look at things in a different light and although I am grieving for my love I find I am l feeling his prese
