Rise

Learn from the Lupin,
when rain clouds gather and burst
take a bow, then rise.

Hiya all, just got back from a small break by the sea, it filled my soul right to the brim!  These beautiful Lupins made a statement to me on my return so I thought I'd share it with all you haiku folks!

Have a great weekend, should be back with news about the fox cub soon, seems he's too comfy in the womb!  Or waiting til the rain clouds are banished!

The lupin are lovely and so are the words to accompany them. Ah, the mystery of a fox soon to be revealed. Glad you had a good visit by the sea.

I did not know the name of this plant before today, thank you for that. I love the haiku. It's like a statement for life. A little sorrow may get you down, learn to bend with it, and then stretch tall again. Gorgeous photo.

your haiku made me smile, because my lupin bow more often then they rise....great pic and well-worded haiku

Sue... this is so luscious, in word and image. Since I am currently bowing to the heat, your post fills my parched cup... Thank you so!

Haiku my Heart # 53

Love Lifts the Spirit Promises of spring, being satiated with love, lifts wintered spirits. Sending to Recuerda mi Corazon

Don't Blink

What rate ticketh clock? I blinked and a whole year passed or, was I dreaming? Somehow I seemed to have lost a whole year, it appears what I thought happened last year happened the year before! My sister who is twelve years my senior warned me about this ~ "wait until you get to my age then time really does fly"! Of course we'll never be able to confer! Still, living in the moment can feel like forever, because it is, I'm trying to make each beautiful moment count! Sharing with Haiku my Heart Recuerda mi Corazon
