oh...each glimpse filling me in wonder. just the touch of you, all i need. then the last shot, for cro...completely took me to my knees. thank you for lifting Cro up into the holy light. she has recently lost her mother. let's stay close to her with all our love and comfort.
I was just about to comment on these lovely images when I saw your comment. You missed my crow :(. I love what you have done here. You take the seeming ordinary images of a day and turn them into utter poetry with shadow and light. I love what you are doing here, this paring down, this moving toward an artistic, almost painterly quality in your images. Lovely. xoxoxo, Noelle
O! the Beauty of all these blissful pics! I especially love that pale delicate flower and of course, I was soOOOOOOo pleasantly SURPRISED!!! to see that SWEET CROW!!! Thank YOU foxy lady!!! Blessings for YOU and YOURS and the next CAWWWWWWWW I hear, I will think of all my dear friends!
Sue, I find your photos so inspiring. That may sound trite, but as a 53 y.o. who's waiting impatiently for her first "grown-up" camera for xmas, seeing what you do just makes me want to get out and snap away... It's almost as if all my art-life has been leading to this, so thank you for being here, and for speaking "English"! xo
A friendly street light illuminates the dark path as does bright hellos! Just dropping in dears to say hello to all at Haiku my Heart, everyone in the haiku home, to say you are never far away from my thoughts those of you in the circle of friends in the birthplace of my ongoing love for small words with large meaning. Have a lovely weekend... love from foxysue Recuerda mi Corazon
Blossom of my loins laughter for a heavy heart chase away the day .... Today has been a heavy day, I have had a heavy heart, my haiku is late, load was lightened by laughter, sharing, caring For more haiku poetry visit Recuerda mi Corazon
The reflective image below is one taken of my south facing window, which is more like an altar to me because of the ever changing light that allows for embracing the moments of silent connection and praise. I take many photographs from this window as I marvel at the sun's energy to illuminate or in this case reveal through shadows and reflections. This image has been sitting in my file for sometime, it has a hidden message for me that I knew would one day surface... Heart broken open by the mystery of you... love stitches together. Gentle love rides pain like silken thread slips through jute spring balm for raw edge. Stitch with silken love the polarities of life embrace the mystery... Sending to Rebecca for healing...
