Sacred Mission

To every Mary,
may our engaging of hearts
pulse out peace & love

This post is dedicated to the Twelve  Days of Mary Love hosted annually by our beloved Rebecca over at Haiku my Heart.  It seems to me more than ever these days we need to keep close together in this sacred mission to promote peace through sister love, by taking whatever means accessible as the world goes through so much grief and suffering  to share solidarity.  For a long time I have been drawn to the idea that this on-line space is a miraculous means to counter much of the unrest, to give hope and comfort for our grieving world.
My friend Cat over at Love & Light has published a beautiful post on the subject of Grief, go and see ~> ~>

So soothing, so hopeful. Thank you for sharing your words and the link to Cat's site. I just read her post and I like to think we are somehow gathering ourselves together in these troubled times. Such duality--the best and the worst of times.
Yes, we do need to stay close together and keep peace in our hearts and hope that it spreads!

my darling love across the sea,
aren't we all living testimonies of the power of love? together we inspire, encourage, support, lift up, comfort, and rejoice. we manage to find each other and the circle grows. we stand beside each other through the worst and best of times. i am so grateful for your love and light in my life. i love you.

So well said!
Your words bring hope and meaning to what I also believe should be our mission as bloggers. As a man and a father of two young ladies, I also want to make a difference in this world through my words and artwork. Peace!

Continuum

A Continuum ~> continual sequence of ~> elemental change ~> By far this is the most difficult post written by myself, ever. I have not visited this place for sometime... I have been 'lying low' as an old friend used to put it, not low through depression or anything like that but since my love passed away parts of my known world have passed too. I have difficulty recognizing the landscape around me, I'm lying low so that I can absorb some of the new terrain. I am still quite dizzy, it's going to take some time... Much of what I wrote about here in this space would involve a brief glimpse of 'my love' and our life together. I had thought of closing 'Finding my Bliss', for a pivotal part of everything this blog has stood for seemed on the surface of things to be missing! But as the days have come and gone I am beginning to look at things in a different light and although I am grieving for my love I find I am l feeling his prese

Warrior Woman Detour

Yearning clear blue skies to brighten the road for ease, to step light of heart... Detour intersect is warrior woman's path she must tread alone, her only companion Om lifts a weighted heart... feeling vibrational warmth, she lights momentum... My heart is weighed down at the moment, we are waiting for scan results, my love has been in constant debilitating pain since before Christmas, I'm having a nasty IBS flare-up, I'm doing warrior woman work! I am grateful for this Friday morning ritual ~ Haiku my Heart, it is a wonderful distraction from the everyday, focusing on and fitting feelings into 575 syllables...
