Haiku my Heart #41 ~ Simple Eye

bedazzled by life?
keeping the eye simple helps
and good grounding friends!

The sun is shining and
I'm sat here in my towel drying off,
in 55 mins I will be
heading for a country farmhouse in the
High Peak Derbyshire
 for my
'Letting Go Yoga & Art Retreat',
but before I do I must post my haiku!

Will visit you all when I return!

Thanks to all who wished me well.

Sue,
I love these figures. They are brass are they? Just wonderful. What a great lesson, to focus on something like this when life becomes to complicated. I like it. I wish you the best of the best today dear friend. I know that you will have a smashing retreat!
Love to you,
Noelle

Haiku my Heart #42 - Shine on

t'was just a sparkle peeping through the blacks and grey it filled my whole eye .... My daughter's car stands motionless on our drive, she is in hospital with severe stress symptoms. It has been a dark week, yesterday I noticed a sparkle reflecting off of her car through my window. She's been rattling up and down the motorway for the last year everyday to the job she loves and is fighting hard to keep. The car had so many rattles, now fixed by my love, it's washed, polished and resting-up waiting for her return. For more haiku poetry Visit Recuerda mi Corazon

Snuggling up till spring...

Comfy and cosy feeling all loved up in the comfort of haiku... Just a quick line this week but thought I'd mention 'Doris' the storm that hit our shores.  On our walk through the church yard this morning there was quite a bit of damage, mainly to the trees up-rooting one altogether so that's why my Jasper and me are snuggling up till spring... Happy weekend all haiku lovers... Haiku my Heart Recuerda mi Corazon

Just dropping in dears to say hello to all at Haiku my Heart, everyone in the haiku home, to say you are never far away from my thoughts those of you in the circle of friends in the birthplace of my ongoing love for small words with large meaning. Have a lovely weekend... love from foxysue Recuerda mi Corazon
