Double Take

Was I dreaming ....
did I really catch a glimpse of spring?
Or was it wash day wishing!
There's something in the air!

Hi Sue~ I can just imagine that smell! Fresh laundry on the line! I like the diaphanous look of the sheets. And the movement! As though the breeze were lifting everything up and drying them... Ah, spring!
(I commented on your Postcard Sunday, too--running late!)

That is such fun...
HDR? or some other clever trickery?

I just hope you are not poisoning your environment with fabric softener, like my neighbour. :-( who makes me hate Mondays.

Hiya, Yes, I ditched the fabric conditioner years ago, too expensive for me ;~)

My images are usually SOOC (straight out of the camera), I don't manipulate very often, sometimes I crop them a little. I like reflective glass though and different sources of light. x

Haiku my Heart #42 - Shine on

t'was just a sparkle peeping through the blacks and grey it filled my whole eye .... My daughter's car stands motionless on our drive, she is in hospital with severe stress symptoms. It has been a dark week, yesterday I noticed a sparkle reflecting off of her car through my window. She's been rattling up and down the motorway for the last year everyday to the job she loves and is fighting hard to keep. The car had so many rattles, now fixed by my love, it's washed, polished and resting-up waiting for her return. For more haiku poetry Visit Recuerda mi Corazon

Snuggling up till spring...

Comfy and cosy feeling all loved up in the comfort of haiku... Just a quick line this week but thought I'd mention 'Doris' the storm that hit our shores.  On our walk through the church yard this morning there was quite a bit of damage, mainly to the trees up-rooting one altogether so that's why my Jasper and me are snuggling up till spring... Happy weekend all haiku lovers... Haiku my Heart Recuerda mi Corazon

Hello

A friendly street light illuminates the dark path as does bright hellos! Just dropping in dears to say hello to all at Haiku my Heart, everyone in the haiku home, to say you are never far away from my thoughts those of you in the circle of friends in the birthplace of my ongoing love for small words with large meaning. Have a lovely weekend... love from foxysue Recuerda mi Corazon
