Haiku my Heart #11 Words

Words abandoned me,
they wouldn't come out to play!
I wait in silence.

You hum it,
I'll play it :-)
My prediction:
Your mind is about to defrost and become fluent again.

Ms. Foxy... The photo is great. I'm looking and looking and trying to read the words. (The bottom one stull has me stymied) But your haiku words are definitely not as they appear. They are poetic and smooth. No way did they abandon you. Very nice.

Peace.

Spadoman - The words in the photo of the book say 'I'm waiting for the moment' - I know it well as I was spending lots of time with Mum when she was working on this book, wish you could see it all, it's beautiful.

Mum - The moment is coming, I just know it xxx

This has a lovely feel and rhythm, and surely you're teasing us? (which is something that I would never do....). You're as eloquent as always.

Nice image too.
I'm not waiting for the moment. It passed me by many moons ago.

Have a nice day my friend, Boonie

I don't quite believe your statement, you did too well in spite of it.

I love those frozen trousers on the line in the previous post!

wonderful! I haven't had time to write haiku lately (grad school is a harsh task master!), but I've been enjoying reading what others have written

your heart is willing
the best word waits, unfolding...
sweet is the slowness
Sue,
This is stunningly beautiful. The image and the letters have the quality of something from the Victorian era. I love the ribbon around and the letters look as if they were written in some kind of illuminated wax which I think I have seen in another post of yours. It is lovely and I think that silence always has its place. Your haiku is perfect. By the way that is the most I have ever seen Boonie say in a response, so you must have done something right!
Love,
Noelle

Haiku my Heart #42 - Shine on

t'was just a sparkle peeping through the blacks and grey it filled my whole eye .... My daughter's car stands motionless on our drive, she is in hospital with severe stress symptoms. It has been a dark week, yesterday I noticed a sparkle reflecting off of her car through my window. She's been rattling up and down the motorway for the last year everyday to the job she loves and is fighting hard to keep. The car had so many rattles, now fixed by my love, it's washed, polished and resting-up waiting for her return. For more haiku poetry Visit Recuerda mi Corazon

Just dropping in dears to say hello to all at Haiku my Heart, everyone in the haiku home, to say you are never far away from my thoughts those of you in the circle of friends in the birthplace of my ongoing love for small words with large meaning. Have a lovely weekend... love from foxysue Recuerda mi Corazon

What to Do?

Jamie Ridler asks in Wishcasting Wednesday - How would you like to spend some time? Good question for me at this time of year as I usually embark on some course or other for the winter months ahead, and as usual I'm not sure?  I go through  familiar questions, what do I really love and would like to spend time pursuing?  I've got qualifications in Fine Art and my heart is in photography, graphics, printmaking etc. But I'm torn because I'm also interested in Personal Development and have a yearning to share what I've learned so far with others in some way, especially on-line?  So what do I do? How do  I spend some time doing what I want to do, don't know, not sure but one thing I do know is that I need to spend more time puzzling it out? Or will it just come to me?  Do I spend more time meditating upon these ideas??? For other wishcaster wishes visit Jamie Ridler Studios
