Happy Friday - My small seeds blossomed!

I want to let you all know what a lovely day I had last Saturday.  I've been thinking for sometime now that I would like to extend the pleasure of our dreamboard experience, share with others in our corner of the universe!  I have been involved with quite a few artsy groups but never heard of a vision or dreamboarding group?

I'd already had a few chats with my yoga teacher about the Law of Attraction etc. and told her about Jamie Ridler and the on-line dreamboard group and asked if she would like to come along and get creative herself?  I'm very happy to report that's just what we did ....

I was apprehensive about this to start with, but needn't have been, Natalie came along with delicious home made lavender cookies and chocolate cup cakes so beautifully wrapped.  We had a great time getting into the flow and chatting about our dreams etc...... My dream is that this will be a regular slot in our calendar and that we can attract more dreamers!  And who knows where it will lead!!!

It must have been wonderful to share the creative experience with your yoga teacher. I hope that your group grows and grows. I too am hoping to share the dreamboard experience with my friends. I think it would be so much fun. Isn't great to have a husband who creates furniture? Have a wonderful week.

Sounds like a really fun concept. It's good to hear you found a partner you can work with. Wish I could join - who could refuse a lavender cookie? Best wishes going forward.

Yay to you for reaching out and extending yourself - that's the hardest part for me. Sounds lovely (I'm usually ripping images out of magazines while my husband is sleeping on the couch "watching" TV!) ;->

Morning has Broken

Yesterday the black dog came to visit me, the same black dog who  used to visit Winston Churchill. When my daughter came around, she could  see the black dog had turned up too and  that I was completely at his mercy. She made her leave with a simple kiss and goodbye,  "hope he goes soon", I nodded in agreement. For when he's around he completely  demands my attention and there's no shaking him loose! On retiring I sternly told the black dog I didn't understand the reason for his visit and that I thought I had sat with him for long enough  and to be gone in the morning! *** I've not seen him so far, this morning thank goodness !!! It is the beginning of a brand new day,  I am grateful for each day of my life...   I was at a funeral on Friday,  to say we'd anticipated a sad day all turned out most beautifully.... my favourite hymn was sung 'Morning has Broken' On this brand new day I'm sitting here tapping the k...

My Silken Altar

The reflective image below is one taken of my south facing window,  which is more like an altar to me because of the ever changing light that allows for embracing the moments of silent connection and praise. I take many photographs from this window as I marvel at the sun's energy  to illuminate or in this case reveal through shadows and reflections. This image has been sitting in my file for sometime, it has a hidden message for me that  I knew would one day surface...    Heart broken open by the mystery of you... love stitches together.  Gentle love rides pain like silken thread slips through jute spring balm for raw edge. Stitch with silken love the polarities of life  embrace the mystery... Sending to Rebecca for healing... Haiku my Heart Recuerda mi Corazon
